Mission Statement

Herriman Community Orchestra is a local ensemble of volunteer musicians who serve to enrich the Herriman community by presenting performances of classical and contemporary musical literature while providing players, composers, and conductors an opportunity to enhance their musical talents.

Summer Musical

Herriman will be putting on the production “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”. The dates for the production are: August 4,5,6,8 and 11,12,13, 15 This will be at the Rosecrest Pavilion as in years past. more

Mayoral Tribute for Lynn Crane

Rehearsals will be held on: Feb 17 and Feb 24 at 7pm

Spring Concert

Our spring concert will be on April 24th at Fort Herriman Middle School. The program will be announced soon. Rehearsals start on March 3rd.

Meet the Director

Michelle Willis is a graduate of Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho) and Boise State University. She has applied her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education to compose over 60 original works.

In addition to her work as a composer, Mrs. Willis participates in her community as a resident composer for the Utah Symphony and Opera and Utah Arts Council Educational Division. She has served as an adjudicator for music ensembles in the Utah Valley and as an instructor in the Suzuki School of Music at Albertson College of Idaho.
